The plat­form dig­i­tal­ly maps the entire event orga­ni­za­tion, from the struc­tured map­ping of the venue to on-site vis­i­tor guid­ance. Through seam­less inte­gra­tion with kom­pas, dig­i­tal sig­nage is direct­ly inte­grat­ed, allow­ing con­tent to be cen­tral­ly con­trolled and auto­mat­i­cal­ly dis­played on all screens.

Venue Man­age­ment – The Dig­i­tal Foun­da­tion for Every Event

vega enables you to dig­i­tal­ly struc­ture venues such as indi­vid­ual build­ings, halls, floors, zones, and areas in all their com­plex­i­ty. Infra­struc­ture ele­ments such as food ser­vice, restrooms, entrances, and ele­va­tors are also inte­grat­ed and avail­able as part of the over­all structure.


In addi­tion, dig­i­tal assets such as dis­plays or LED walls, includ­ing their ori­en­ta­tion, can be record­ed. This infor­ma­tion forms the basis for all oth­er func­tions with­in the plat­form. Once the struc­ture is cre­at­ed, it can be reused for any num­ber of events.

Wayfind­ing – Intu­itive Nav­i­ga­tion for Visitors

Based on the venue’s lay­out, vega pro­vides dig­i­tal wayfind­ing that reli­ably guides vis­i­tors through­out the entire site. This is based on import­ed floor plans, which serve as visu­al maps and are enriched with rel­e­vant infor­ma­tion. Hotspots are defined with­in these plans to mark, for exam­ple, booths, rooms, ser­vices, or entrances. In addi­tion, nav­i­ga­tion routes can be defined, which are dis­played on the screens as clear direc­tions.

A par­tic­u­lar advan­tage lies in the dynam­ic adap­ta­tion of the nav­i­ga­tion: The direc­tion of the arrows on dis­plays auto­mat­i­cal­ly takes into account their ori­en­ta­tion in the room, so that the dis­played routes are always intu­itive­ly under­stand­able. In addi­tion, QR code start­ing points enable mobile use of the nav­i­ga­tion sys­tem by allow­ing vis­i­tors to dis­play their loca­tion direct­ly on a dig­i­tal map.

Event Man­age­ment – Cen­tral­ized Con­trol of All Content

In addi­tion to infra­struc­ture and nav­i­ga­tion, event man­age­ment is the third key com­po­nent of vega. Events can be cre­at­ed, man­aged, and cus­tomized entire­ly dig­i­tal­ly. Col­ors, lay­outs, and design guide­lines can be flex­i­bly cus­tomized, while tem­plates enable the quick and con­sis­tent imple­men­ta­tion of recur­ring formats.

Pro­grams, sched­ules, and con­tent are man­aged cen­tral­ly with­in the plat­form and auto­mat­i­cal­ly trans­mit­ted to the con­nect­ed dis­plays in real time.

vega and kom­pas are seam­less­ly inte­grat­ed and togeth­er form a com­pre­hen­sive sys­tem for dig­i­tal event com­mu­ni­ca­tion. While vega, as the cen­tral plat­form, man­ages all data, struc­tures, and con­tent, kom­pas han­dles the dis­play of this infor­ma­tion direct­ly on the on-site screens.

All rel­e­vant infor­ma­tion — from wayfind­ing and room des­ig­na­tions to pro­gram con­tent — is cen­tral­ly man­aged in vega and auto­mat­i­cal­ly trans­mit­ted to the con­nect­ed dis­plays.
