1. Application

We are pleased that you want to active­ly par­tic­i­pate in shap­ing dimedis. We will con­firm receipt of your appli­ca­tion and get back to you as soon as possible.

2. Phone call

We would like to give you a first impres­sion of us — and of course we would like to get an impres­sion of you. For this pur­pose, we will arrange a short get-to-know-you phone call (approx. 15 minutes).

3. Interview

Now we final­ly get to know each oth­er in per­son, either in our office in Cologne or remote­ly. Part of the peo­ple team and the head of your future team will take part in the interview.

4. Your team

Whether on site over lunch, cof­fee or in a video call — you will now get to know your future team.

5. Decision

You will receive either an attrac­tive offer or a rejec­tion with indi­vid­ual feed­back and the oppor­tu­ni­ty to talk to the peo­ple team again.
