2. Phone call
We would like to give you a first impression of us — and of course we would like to get an impression of you. For this purpose, we will arrange a short get-to-know-you phone call (approx. 15 minutes).
Now we finally get to know each other in person, either in our office in Cologne or remotely. Part of the people team and the head of your future team will take part in the interview.
4. Your team
Whether on site over lunch, coffee or in a video call — you will now get to know your future team.
You will receive either an attractive offer or a rejection with individual feedback and the opportunity to talk to the people team again.
