Whether self-check-in, cash desk, turn­stile or admis­sion via tick­et scan and bath­room print­ing — we offer every­thing from a sin­gle source. The hard­ware, such as per­ma­nent­ly installed turn­stiles or mobile hand scan­ners, can also be eas­i­ly inte­grat­ed into oth­er exist­ing systems.

Reg­is­tra­tion and ticketing

Reg­is­ter quick­ly and eas­i­ly, buy tick­ets and print them out or use them as mobile tick­ets on your smart­phone. Fair­Mate offers tai­lor-made options for all con­ceiv­able func­tions relat­ing to reg­is­tra­tion and tick­et pur­chase, such as vouch­ers, dis­count codes and 1‑click pur­chase, with auto­mat­i­cal­ly pre-filled fields or exten­sive query func­tions — com­plete­ly cus­tomized as required by the event.

Vouch­er codes and email campaigns

Fair­Mate allows event organ­is­ers to use both exhibitor and vis­i­tor vouch­ers flex­i­bly. Exhibitors can pur­chase vouch­er and invite their tar­get groups direct­ly. Vis­i­tors, in turn, receive per­son­alised vouch­er codes that they can redeem when pur­chas­ing their tick­ets. Billing is always fair and trans­par­ent: costs are only incurred when a vouch­er is redeemed.

Thanks to the inte­grat­ed email cam­paign tool, codes can be sent direct­ly from the Fair­mate CRM and organ­is­ers can keep track of which vouch­ers have been sent and redeemed at any time via the dashboard. 

Mar­ket­ing and data

Fair­Mate CRM cen­tral­izes all per­son-spe­cif­ic data from reg­is­tra­tion, the tick­et stores, the Fair­Mate cash desks and the Fair­Mate entrance. At the same time, the sys­tem col­lects high-qual­i­ty data with every inter­ac­tion of the indi­vid­ual trade fair vis­i­tors, which can be used for mar­ket­ing activ­i­ties and to opti­mize future events.
